Restoring Sight and Hope: Eye Care Program in Bangladesh

In the remote regions of Rangpur and Dinajpur in northern Bangladesh, thousands of people were living with preventable blindness, unable to work or care for their families. Our Integrated Eye Care Management Program has transformed lives by providing comprehensive eye care services to over 15,000 patients annually. Through cataract surgery, vision screening, diabetic retinopathy care, and free eyeglasses distribution, we are bringing the gift of sight to those who need it most.

The program includes mobile eye camps that reach isolated villages, community health education about eye disease prevention, and partnerships with local hospitals to ensure quality surgical outcomes. Many patients who were functionally blind have been able to return to work, support their families, and regain their independence.
